The work was always the same at its core: take a vision, build a precise plan, and deliver.

When my family relocated to Ocean Park, I traded my corporate career for something I'd always been passionate about: home renovations. I quickly noticed a gap in the market. Homeowners had two options, big box DIY on one end, six-figure custom builds on the other, with no one bringing real project management discipline to the middle. I saw an opportunity to combine smart cost-saving techniques with high-impact investments, for results that are both smart and stunning.

As a certified Project Management Professional, I run your renovation the same way I ran projects for global luxury brands: with rigour, clear communication, and accountability at every stage.
